One pot wonder package for up to 50 persons
- Frank’s Ginger Chicken served with steamed rice. Garnished with cilantro and/or asian cabbage salad.
- Frank’s Chile Verde served with steamed rice. Garnished with cilantro and/or Mexican cabbage salad and tortilla chips.
3 course meal package for up to 20 persons (Regional)
First Course Examples:
Frank’s Caprese Salad – Oven roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella topped with pan toasted pine nut pesto
Frank’s Arugula Salad – Fresh arugula lightly dressed with olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon, berry, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Caprese Crostini – fresh mozzarella, roasted tomato and toasted pine nut pesto on a crostini
Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon – smoked salmon w/cream cheese, capers and onion on mini toast (when available)
Main Course Examples:
- Boneless Beef Short Ribs and Saffron Risotto alla Milanase – braised with aromatics and served over Frank’s vegetarian saffron risotto topped with traditional gremolata and garnished with a lightly dressed arugula salad
- Herb roasted Cornish game hens with caramelized onions and garlic… served with a drippin’s/wine reduction sauce and saffron rice or risotto of the day.
- Vegetable Del Giorno – fresh vegetable of the day pan sautéed with garlic served over Frank’s vegetarian saffron risotto and garnished with a lightly dressed arugula salad

Some things needed for a successful evening…
- Prep area for Frank to do his thing
- a dishwasher and stove/oven,
- 20 chairs for the “3 Course package” and tables for dining.
- “Concert style” seating for the musical performance (after dinner)… ie folding chairs, couch, love seat etc. Some hosts use a Party Rental service for chairs and some get creative.

Table cloths, bowls, plates, silverware, stemware rental, beer and wine suggestions, service of the food from kitchen to dining area and a ridiculously great experience.
